Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Management: Lead cross‑functional improvement projects and project management methodologies. Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives aimed at improving delivery performance and transport optimization. Ensure timely execution and measurable benefits realization of all projects. Collaborate with IT and automation teams to integrate digital tools and analytics into logistics processes.
- Service Quality Management: Own and drive the Service Quality Improvement Plan (SQIP) across logistics sites. Monitor and improve key service metrics. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring service failures. Partner with Operations to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
