Operational Excellence Manager (Upstream Chemicals)

As an Operational Excellence Manager at Baker Hughes, you will partner with best‑in‑class clients and internal teams to drive performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across complex thermal operations. You will lead plant trials, diagnose and resolve operational challenges, measure and achieve key performance indicators, and implement system‑level improvements using Total Systems Approach and TBAM methodologies. Leveraging your technical background and SAGD expertise, you will review facility designs, lead chemical trials, interpret system performance, and provide trusted recommendations that directly impact production and asset integrity. You will also mentor and develop team members, acting as a technical advisor and thought leader.
