Operations & Engineering Manager (Hardware Systems)

We are looking for a high-caliber Operations & Engineering Manager with a strong background in mechanical design and production management. You will be responsible for the technical integrity of our hardware portfolio, managing regional technical operations, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integrated solutions. You will act as the primary technical authority for our regional partners and oversee the transition of complex products from wholesale to market-ready solutions.

• Technical Operations Leadership : Direct regional engineering activities, ensuring high standards of technical support and hardware integration for IT and automation hardware.
• Production & Quality Control : Establish and maintain high-traceability documentation and quality compliance standards for all hardware passing through our Singapore hub.
