Operations Engineer

Job Description:

1. Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily factory operations and manpower.
2. Prepare tools, and spare parts ahead of scheduled work.
3. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized factory environment, including lifting gear upkeep.
4. Lead the team to execute operations safely, including onsite lifting and hot-work activities.
5. Prepare safety documents (e.g., SWP, RA) and ensure compliance with ISO 45001.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. WSH certification is an added advantage.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin for communication with mandarin speaking team members.
4. Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial or operations experience.
5. Knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and basic electrical controls.
