Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of solutions to generate insights
• Optimize business operations and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization
• Contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing processes through robotic process automation and AI technologies
• Design and develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics and process performance
• Build ETL processes to help maintain the highest standards of data quality, integrity and accessibility
• Design, model, and implement comprehensive process mining solutions
