Operations Director - Manufacturing & NPI Leader

Foxconn is looking for a Director of Operations in Guadalajara, Mexico. This position is responsible for leading the BU Cell Manager, Production Manager, and New Product Manager to meet customer requirements and achieve P/L goals through effective resource and inventory management.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience. Key responsibilities include developing business plans, ensuring production quality, and coordinating operational activities across departments.
