Contract duration: Immediate start until 28-February 2027

As Operations Director, you will lead the strategic vision for our global delivery engine, bridging the gap between high-level business goals and ground-level execution.
Reporting to the CEO, you will manage a multidisciplinary team across the UK, France, and Poland, ensuring our 1% better every day mindset is embedded in every city we serve.
