Operations Director - Electrification

The Department Director is responsible for overall management direction for assigned department.
General Responsibilities
- Create an annual business plan that provides a unit operational budget that supports the revenue and profitability goals of the Company
- Directs team and overall business operations in assigned divisions to achieve company goals
- Directs and assigns resources, workloads and manage schedules to ensure timely deliverables
- Oversees employee recruitment and performance evaluation activities of staff
- Drives positive relationships with the staff and customer base
- Develops department’s annual budget
- Evaluates department performance and develops new strategies for performance improvements
- Resolve business issues and ensure that all escalated issues are closed
- Develop and enforce best practices to ensure operational efficiency
- Identify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plans
