Operations Coordinator- SEA & Pacific

Responsibilities

• Assist in opportunity assessment preparations, BMS compliance requirements forms and creating opportunity codes.
• Should have a good understanding of SMEC’s standard proposal pricing approach.
• Any other relevant duties assigned by the RM- ASIA
• Project Implementation Phase
• Review project reports and ensure formats are in accordance with SMEC Business Management System (BMS), Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and appropriate technical standards.
• Assist and work closely with the Project Directors, Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure successful delivery of projects including achieving the target contribution margins, minimal WIP and Debtors and invoicing are up to date.
