As an Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, processing, storage, dispatch, and release of cargo and shipment transactions within the warehouse and operational facilities. Your role supports operational excellence by maintaining accurate shipment documentation, inventory control, cargo processing, value-added services, and compliance with established operational procedures to ensure timely and secure movement of shipments.
What You’ll Do (your Mission)
- Inbound Cargo Processing and Acceptance
- Receive and perform inbound scanning of Air Retrieval, Cabin Retrieval, and Transshipment cargoes.
- Verify shipment quantities against Air Waybills (AWB), port stickers, and supporting documents.
