Responsibilities
- Quote and manage international shipments including FCL, LCL, and air freight (import & export)
- Book freight with ocean carriers, airlines, and overseas agents
- Manage international shipping documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate customs clearance, inland transportation, and warehousing
- Monitor shipments, manage exceptions, and resolve delays
- Maintain strong relationships with international agents and carriers
- Provide accurate shipment visibility and clear customer communication
- Support quoting and execution for LTL and FTL shipments across Canada and the United States as secondary support
- Assist with booking and coordination as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure pricing and execution accuracy
