Operations Coordinator (Fulfillment Domestic) (Mérida)

Key Responsibilities

• Book all Hometown transfer assignments for all business units.
• Make calls to coach companies to confirm trips and obtain driver names and cell numbers.
• Assist Director of Domestic Coaching and OTR Manager in communicating with coach companies, forecasting needs and tracking utilization.
• Serve as a resource for staff members.
• Assist with quality control system.
• Assist with development of cost-effective improvements to quality.
• Assist with educating drivers regarding WorldStrides operations.
• Help ensure that products align with WorldStrides mission.

Additional Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between the OTR department and Program Managers, Account Managers, and ASRs.
• Represent the department in the absence of the OTR Manager.
