Udrive is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage daily coordination between drivers and the Operations team . The role ensures smooth vehicle movement, timely execution of operational tasks, and effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily tasks between drivers and the Operations team
- Assign and track driver duties such as vehicle deliveries, pickups, and transfers
- Monitor task completion, timelines, and real-time updates
- Act as the first point of contact for drivers for operational instructions and support
- Escalate delays, breakdowns, or operational issues promptly
- Maintain daily logs, trackers, and movement reports
- Ensure drivers follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements
