What does the job look like?
This role supports the Operations Supervisor in delivering a safe, efficient operation while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in site administration, financial processing and scheduling of containers and trucks, ensuring accurate and timely data to support daily operations.
Key areas:
Process invoices, PODs and financial data accurately and within required timeframesDeliver weekly accruals and payroll information to support head office reportingProvide accurate data for financial reporting, customer billing and employee paymentsSchedule containers and trucks to support operational requirements and delivery performanceCoordinate fleet scheduling and arrange maintenance for site vehicles and equipmentMaintain training compliance through the Learning Portal and escalate non-compliance Are you the one?
