Skills Required

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in MSP administration, Service Desk, or similar roles supporting AU or US clients, including Mac and Google Workspace environments.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in MSP administration, Service Desk, or similar roles supporting AU or US clients, including Mac and Google Workspace environments.
  • Fluent language skills with client facing experience with the ability to provide clear updates, manage expectations, and operate in client-facing environments.
  • Strong experience in service coordination activities including ticket triage, workflow management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Experience using HaloPSA tools or similar for ticketing, time entry, documentation, reporting, and service board management.
