- Minimum 2+ years' experience in MSP administration, Service Desk, or similar roles supporting AU or US clients, including Mac and Google Workspace environments.

- Fluent language skills with client facing experience with the ability to provide clear updates, manage expectations, and operate in client-facing environments.
