We are in search of a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator for our oil reclamation facility. You will coordinate customer orders, manage inventory, and support purchasing and production. A strong emphasis will be placed on regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and process customer orders and returns using Sage
• Verify inventory records through Perpetual Inventory system
• Coordinate customer pickups and deliveries while scheduling trucks
• Prepare shipping documents and manage customs paperwork
• Assist with Ministry of Environment operational reporting
