Our Harworth site have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Controller to join their team on a full time permanent basis. 

Salary: £34,259 per annum.

Working hours: 4 on 4 off days, 6am-6pm. 

As the Operations Controller, you will contribute to the success of the site by supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring that all schedules for inbound receipts and outbound loads are run efficiently. 

Responsibilities of the Operations Controller include:

  • Efficiently managing the outbound schedule to ensure collection and delivery times are met.
  • Issuing instructions to designated staff to maintain a smooth flow of inbound and outbound work.
  • Controlling paperwork for outbound vehicles, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Being the initial point of contact for all drivers arriving on site.
  • Communicating issues to Shift Managers in a timely manner to minimise disrup...
