Operations & Client Support Manager

About the Role

I am an independent Insurance Sales Professional partnering with Pakistan’s top-tier insurance companies (EFU, Jubilee, Salaam Takaful, Askari, etc.). My business is growing, and I am looking for a proactive Operations & Client Support Executive to manage my back-office, handle daily administration, and ensure my corporate clients get a seamless experience.

In this role, you will be the engine of the business—handling the paperwork, tracking the data, and following up on pending items so I can focus on client relationships and sales.

What You Will Do:

• Act as the Bridge: Coordinate daily via email and phone between our corporate clients and the underwriting departments at major insurance companies.
• Manage Issuance & Renewals: Request quotes, process proposals, and assist in the timely issuance of Fire, Marine, and General insurance policies.
