Summary About the position: The primary function of the position is to provide first line customer service and general office support to the Marketing & Publicity Office and Print Shop, of the 35th Force Support Squadron, Misawa AB, Japan. This is Regular Full-Time position; Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Military Spouse Preference IS lost if selected or declined for this position. Responsibilities Provides customer service to FSS Marketing & Print Shop customers via phone, email, and in person at the front desk. Primarily responsible for daily accounting duties such as operating the cash register and credit card machine to receive payments, preparing paperwork, making deposits, and recording transactions in online account system. Assists with annual and quarterly budget estimates and obtaining vendor quotes. Receives and prepares work order requests and invoices for FSS facilities and Print Shop customers.
