Summary

The Temp Operations Associate supports boutique operations by maintaining inventory integrity, managing shipping and receiving, and ensuring stock areas meet company standards. This role assists with inventory counts, organizes stock and receiving areas, and helps maintain store housekeeping and merchandising tasks. The associate works with distribution and corporate inventory teams to process inbound freight, returns, transfers, and damages accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process all shipping and receiving functions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain orderly, secure, and neat stock and receiving areas
• Handle inbound freight, RTVs, chargebacks, transfers, and damage processing per policy
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts and support loss-prevention tagging
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, price changes, and customer packing as needed
