About the Role
You’ll be joining the Driver Access team, focusing on ensuring earners have a seamless onboarding experience on our platform, from sign-up to their first trip. You’ll be working as a team with funnel investigations, configurations, and launches for multiple products and markets, to find opportunities in collaboration with local teams. You’ll also be working with strategic onboarding and One Earner projects, aligning with stakeholders and driving decisions to make sure we have the best possible experience for earners.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with our Ops team across LatAm and cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic projects and find opportunities to improve earners onboarding (funnel configs and experience).
- Leverage strong execution and implementation skills to make project plans a reality.
