Operations Associate
We’re looking for an Operations Associate to join at a pivotal moment. As the founding team focuses on product development and business development, you will own the operational and financial backbone of the company, from cash flow forecasting to regulatory coordination to executive correspondence. This is not a support role; you will be expected to identify problems, propose solutions, and execute independently. If your default mode is waiting to be told what to do, this is not the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Own financial planning and monitoring: cash flow forecasts, P&L tracking, burn rate reporting, coordination with external accounting and financial advisors (ENISA reporting, Neotec, banking relationships)
- Manage administrative and legal workflows: contracts, compliance documentation, coordination with legal counsel, regulatory filings
