Operations Assistant

International logistics company looking for **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT**
**Working area**: Reforma, near the Angel of Independence
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Bachelor's degree in international business, international trade, foreign trade, public
- administration or related field.
- Fluent conversational English at advanced level is a must (interview in English)
- Willingness to travel
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling sea, land and air freight forwarder operations.
- Minimum 2 years experience in import and export
- Freight Forwarder knowledge or experience
- Excellent supplier relations and negotiations
- Management of logistics operations systems
- Administrative duties and activities
- Logistic documentation and regulations
- Intermediate Office (especially Excel)
- Good communicator and team player.
- Multi-tasking, proactive and committed.
- Goal oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
