OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Our main business includes sales, installation, modification, repair, and maintenance of semiconductor processing equipment. We seek candidates with strong customer service, innovation, communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Handle international freight forwarding and logistics operations, including shipment processing, documentation, and stock management in an office environment.

• Coordinate Import/Export shipment
• Apply knowledge of incoterms and international freight terms to ensure compliance and smooth shipment handling
• Generate Quotations
• Issue Purchase Orders
• Receive stock and generate Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) to ensure accurate inventory records
• Issue Delivery Orders
• Monitor stock levels regularly to maintain optimal inventory and prevent shortages
