Daily Meetings:
- Facilitate daily coordination meetings (DCMs), ensuring key action items are addressed.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned tasks or decisions.
- Ensure communication and updates flow smoothly across different teams.
Invoice Processing:
- Process and review incoming invoices to ensure they are accurate and compliant with company policies.
