Operations Assistant & Guest Relations

You are the operating brain of a service day. Cleans are booked, linen is dispatched, a guest is arriving at 3pm, a maintenance ticket just opened, the owner of villa #7 wants a photo report by lunch. Your job is that nothing slips and nobody finds out it nearly did. Half your week is coordination — schedules, iCal syncs, dispatching the right team to the right address, checking the photo handover came back clean. The other half is guest-facing — welcoming arrivals, fixing problems before reviews are written, answering messages in the tone of a five-star concierge, not a call centre. This is not an admin job. This is operations on the floor of a property-care business that behaves like a hotel.

What you will do

• Daily dispatch — assigning crews to residences and holiday-home turnovers, balancing geography, complexity and skill mix
• Calendar management — keeping Airbnb / Booking.com iCal syncs healthy, catching same-day check-ins, flagging conflicts...
