Operations and Reconciliation Specialist

Responsibilities

As an Operations and Reconciliation Specialist , you will be responsible for the procurement and management of manufacturers and publisher lines as it supports Insight's operational and business strategy. This will include working operational issues with suppliers, providing strong client service, and maintaining data accuracy. You will be empowered to negotiate and resolve issues as they relate to your assigned product lines and to apply those lessons learned and process changes across the org.

• Provide superior internal and external customer service through the efficient processing and allocation of tickets within the Operations and Data Management Team
