Operations & Analytics Lead, Internal Tools

Responsibilities

• Build internal tooling on the fly to run our internal operations more smoothly.
• Own banking, treasury and cash management, vendor negotiations.
• Run core FP&A workflows: budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis.
• Support investor relations and fundraising.

Must Haves

• If you are very good, nothing is a must per se.
• Core business operations experience.
• You have helped scale a startup.
• You produce clean docs and crisp updates.
• You can dive into the data to surface opportunities for improving our operations.
• AI native.
• You are comfortable using Claude code to spin up internal apps from scratch.
• You have a bias towards working from a chat interface/CLI rather than the UI.
• Typist - you can write docs well and explain complex ideas clearly.
• Human - you build trust and admit what you don't know.
