In this role you will redesign, test, and implement payment structures for Glovo's riders worldwide, combining data analysis and modeling to improve logistics efficiency and fairness. You will influence key KPIs across a global network and own the experimentation process to validate changes before rollout. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand rider perspectives and adapt solutions to local needs, driving scalable and impactful improvements in operational investment.
