What you’ll do
- Utilize utility billing and expense technology platforms to produce monthly, on‑time, accurate resident bills for our clients.
- Ensure all necessary inputs for the billing process to achieve maximum revenue recoupment for the client.
- Review and analyze billing process outputs and collaborate with clients to finalize and process monthly utility statements for their residents.
- Examine variance reports, datasets, and research explanations to ensure accuracy and consistency of billing practices and results.
- Collaborate across the Zego Utility Team to ensure properties are moved efficiently through the billing process.
- Partner with clients and internal departments to provide timely prebills and receive approvals that meet billing timelines and quality standards.
- Obtain expert knowledge of our software platforms.
