Purpose of the Job The Operations Analyst is responsible for entry all data information of the projects into the system, tracking all the process and delivery dates in a positive, collaborative and team-building manner to ensure success. Collaborate to improve operations internally, work cooperatively and effectively to set goals, troubleshoot problems to make decisions that enhance effectiveness and efficiency. This person works within a ticketing queue. Key Responsibilities Effectively support production services activities for print and marketing supply chain company. Work closely with Production Service Managers to provide quality service in all their data entry requirements. Work closely with the Production Service Managers and the Client Engagement Managers to update orders and client needs for the designated client.
