Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service to firms
- Assist partner firms via both electronic and telephone channels
- Manage partner firm and end investor escalations
- Create and maintain system documentation
- Assist team members with client escalations
- Support inquiries related to Operations Supervisory Daily/Monthly Checklists
- Ownership of several Supervisory Checklists
- Facilitate projects, supervised by manager
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience required
- Computer proficiency with Google, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization
