Responsibilities
- Manage internal case queue(s), own and triage requests with leaders, perform account forensics, execute requests, provide status updates, and close cases within the designated time frame.
- Help drive attrition mitigation by partnering with and guiding Renewals Managers through transactional to complex cross‑cloud deals, explaining financial and metric impact to stakeholders.
- Business partnering: build relationships with Renewals Managers, Sales, Revenue Recognition, Deal Desk Support, Sales Operations, and Legal to drive deal execution.
- Provide suggestions and assistance for contract negotiations or customer satisfaction issues.
