Operations Analyst (Fixed Term)

Overview

In this role, the successful candidate will work with an internal team and external parties to investigate and provide solutions for our Client Experience Team, the primary point of contact for Investment Advisor clients. As a member of the Special Projects Team at Aligned Capital Partners Inc. (ACPI, a member of CI Financial) in Burlington, Ontario, you will apply your financial services industry knowledge and ACPI business expertise to support a variety of investment operations related topics. The position requires calm, fast‑paced work, quick prioritization, and organized delivery of solutions for internal escalations.
