The Role
Operations Analyst Associate. We are looking for an analyst who will be working in the NAM Zone Operations department and support key back office programs in Service specifically Power system leads program, Service Operations finance reporting and asset management.
What will you do?
- Finance data cleansing
- Responsible for updating daily finance report
- Monitoring of service planner customer interaction
- FSR audit for Secure Power, Power System and Industry business unit
- Extraction of reports for Power systems business unit
- Provide other duties as assigned by Service Excellence group
- Assist with asset creation of 3rd party FSE’s (Installation, Setup, Maintenance, PM)
- Secondary responsibility includes backup to purchase order specialist team, service fleet and marketing group
