The Opportunity
We are seeking an Operations Agent to support customer service and sales activities within the Operations Department. In this role, you will act as a point of contact between internal team members and external customers, helping to ensure smooth communication and day‑to‑day coordination.
Responsibilities include assisting with customer inquiries, supporting sales‑related tasks, and working with different teams to help resolve issues and meet customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
