Operations Customer Bookings

• Handle customer bookings for train and bus tickets via email, website, and social media channels
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to secure ticket availability
• Issue e-tickets and confirmations accurately and on time
• Communicate schedule updates or service changes to customers
• Provide pre- and post-booking support in a friendly and professional manner

• Issue VAT invoices upon customer request
