Operations & Admin Coordinator — Smooth Logistics

Pet Lamp ®, based in Madrid, seeks a highly organized Administration & Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth functioning of operations. This key role involves administrative management, supplier coordination, logistics support, and process administration, reporting directly to the Head of Operations.

Additionally, you will manage inventory, supervise cleaning and catering staff, and liaise with various stakeholders including external service providers. Ideal candidates will be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
