This Accounting position is key, reporting directly to the Manager of Operations Accounting. You will be responsible for reconciling contracts in both the US and Canada while working in tandem with Procurement and Accounts Payable. Your contributions will directly influence the month-end and quarterly closing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of Vendor Prepay contracts
• Set up contracts in cooperation with Procurement
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable for prepay application processes
• Execute journal entries and participate in month-end closing
• Support SOX and audit requests efficiently
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP standards
