Key Responsibilities

• Content Development and Project Management Skills
• Conduct task analysis/research to identify the specific knowledge, skills, behaviors needed to achieve desired performance levels (e.g., focus groups, observation)
• Develop appropriate learning activities based on training designs and learning objectives

Formal Requirements

• Student / Bachelor in any profession
• Training Delivery Skills

Must

• Native (or native-fluent) speaker of English

Required Skills

• Excellent English writing skills
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles
• 2 Years of experience as BPO Trainer

Nice to have

• Previous
