Operational Steward Manager: Lead Kitchen Stewarding

Shangri-La Singapore is hiring an Operational Steward Manager to lead the stewarding team and ensure top-notch cleanliness and hygiene across back-of-house areas. You will coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to provide timely support during service, while supervising and training stewards on safety and equipment handling.
