- Role: Process & Operational Excellence Specialist
- Employment Type: 1 Year & Extendable Contract, outsourced
- Work Location: Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of notice
Required Experience
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in process improvement, CX / journey optimization or operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Operations Research or a related field; equivalent areas with suitable experience considered.
- Previous experience as a Process Re-Engineering Management Consultant.
- Hands‑on experience in CX / customer journey optimization and process re‑engineering, including journey mapping, value stream mapping and process analysis.
