We're looking for an organized, driven Operations Specialist to support campaign planning, events, and promotions — while learning and taking part in hands-on sales. You'll receive 2 weeks of training to build your sales and campaign skills from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply face-to-face sales techniques as part of campaign delivery
- Plan and execute marketing/sales campaigns, events, and promotions
- Manage event logistics and vendor relationships
- Support customer acquisition and conduct market research
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
