Operational Risk and Compliance Analyst

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Manager, Operational Risk and Compliance, this role is responsible for identifying, coordinating, and managing operational risks and compliance gaps across the business.

The Analyst will apply risk management, compliance, and business resilience expertise to protect the organisation and its clients from potential reputational, financial, regulatory, and operational exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality risk, compliance, and business resilience advisory, guidance, and assurance support across the business.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements.
• Support identification, analysis, and prioritisation of regulatory obligations relevant to the business.
• Support implementation and monitoring of compliance procedures and controls.
