About the Role
This role could be described as a Divisional or Workshop Coordinator position; however, at IMG we call it the Operational Improvement & Support Coordinator.
You’ll be part of a supportive team of five coordinators, each aligned to specific workshop areas, but we flex support when required. This role will primarily support our Hydraulics Division, providing operational coordination, reporting, and system support, allowing our workshop teams to stay focused on delivering quality work on the tools.
We’re looking for a detail‑driven, organised team member with experience in workshop or service‑based coordination and reporting, who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
