Operational Finance Analyst

Resolve Sleep Health, Canada’s largest independent provider of sleep health services, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to support operational and financial performance across our growing clinic network.

Reporting to the Director of Operational Finance, you will deliver meaningful reporting, budgeting support, and actionable insights that drive operational decision‑making and business performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly KPI and performance reporting for Operations and Executive Leadership.
• Analyze operational and financial trends including revenue, productivity, referrals, and EBITDA performance.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and budget‑to‑actual variance analysis.
