Operational Excellence Specialist

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Operational Excellence (OPEX) Specialist supports the Supply Chain Optimization and Excellence Supply Chain Team. The position expected to drive efficiencies across the entire supply chain process by lead Continuous Improvement Program.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Performance Management :

• Lead and hands-on iOPEX Cycle start-end process
• Analysing the achievement of iOPEX Cycle objectives regularly and recommend action plans for improvement.
• Supports the Mill Optimization through strong analysis and lean methodology
• Identify process inefficiencies across the supply chain.
• Supporting the identification of improvement opportunity activities and translate into improvement initiatives
• Set, manages and controls OPEX data and Standards (OEE/ Speed time/ Centerlining/ BOM)
