Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any courses
• 3 years of experience in the insurance and/or BPO industries in operational management, and process and performance improvement project leadership.
• 2 years of practical experience with project management and operational excellence as well as project stakeholder management
• Has Experience in management consulting
• Any certification is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Walkthrough and process discovery workshops for operational and/or support processes
• Verifying data and information utilized to create project deliverables
• Finding opportunities and gaps in processes and/or performance
• Calculating the effects of performance errors, process gaps, and possibilities for ongoing improvement
