Responsibilities
- Design, document, and govern operational processes across the lead generation, qualification, and delivery lifecycle
- Maintain a centralized Process Library including SOPs, playbooks, and version-controlled process maps
- Monitor process adherence through regular audits, spot-checks, and structured reviews
- Identify bottlenecks and manual handoffs to improve end-to-end cycle times and operational efficiency
- Lead structured improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
- Chair regular Process Review Forums to align standards across SDR, QA, and Revenue Operations teams
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on process health, adherence rates, and improvement ROI
Requirements
