Operational Due Diligence Associate Manager (Toronto)

Overview

We currently have an opportunity for an Associate within our Operational Due Diligence (ODD) Team in Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC or Toronto, Canada. You will work closely with other Associates and Consultants and will assist with the timely delivery of ODD reports and projects. This role may include some future travel within the U.S. Support and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing operational due diligence reviews of asset managers, across a variety of asset classes, including hedge funds, long-only, private equity and real estate
• Produce high quality ODD reports, which include clear, concise opinions
• Research the middle and back office functions of various investment managers
• Review selected fund managers’ trading systems and pricing procedures
• Review fund documentation including audited financial reports, internal controls reports, fund legal documents
